Rycroft welcomes all adult riders, from beginners to those with experience.

Our team of British Horse Society qualified teachers, including Dee Roth Brown BHSI and Robert Pickles FBHS, are here to offer expert help.

• Beginners usually start with a series of lunge lessons to establish a position whilst in a very safe situation.  Individual lessons, or a course of 10½ hour private lessons (at a discounted price) are offered. Development is monitored carefully and advice given for progressing further.

• Novice, Intermediate and Experienced Riders - we can arrange Private Lessons, or Group Lessons with an initial assessment lesson to establish the correct group

• Our excellent facilities include a coffee bar and clothes shop

On Tuesday mornings we organise a lesson for either novice or experienced riders, followed by a Stable Management Lecture. This is a chance to get together with other riders for a friendly morning.

Over the year we hold various events for our adult novice and experienced riders. These include:

• Dressage Competition

• 'Day at Rycroft' - including lesson, hack, stable management and lunch

• Hacking in the adjacent Bramshill Forest

• Stable Management Lectures.
